I think major drugs like meth and cocaine should be whitelisted to generate more rp, but grow ops like weed should be left as is. I think by filtering drugs to one central character for coke and another for meth then creates new rp like market competition, networking, or even potential power holds like people fighting for kingpin position. I believe as it stands right now no rp is being generated through drugs aside from getting caught dealing (which rarely ever happens). But for example if there were a king/queenpin of coke who only had an allotted amount of coke to provide for the week, they could do things like fluctuate the market, charging more as the supply lowers. This can then generate rp like resale, where people will buy coke at the start of the week when its cheap but then sell for a higher price later in the week which can spur conflict. And if the king/queenpin is an active character that moves throughout the city they could be kidnapped and forced to give up supply, or blackmailed for cheaper prices. Same can go vise versa for meth, and those prices can also compete against each other to a degree forcing people to pick sides or try to play both. Personally i feel like right now the meta to attaining drugs is too prevalent and makes it extremely easy to just grind out money through coke runs without having to utter a word to anyone. I hope by whitelisting coke and meth to two individuals and allowing them to spawn in a set amount for the week, more rp can be generated that pushes people towards interacting with eachother and building names for themselves.

We used to have a system similar to this and it just created a gang scene outsides couldn't access limiting peoples access to make money and RP with everyone. We have changes coming to hopefully even the criminal playing field across Drugs and Robberies.
